CHS Tours requires an internet connection to stream audio content and display tour data. When you use the app:

• Your device requests tour data from our servers
• Audio narration is streamed to your device
• Maps and location features use your device's GPS
• No usage data or location history is transmitted back to us

We do not log, store, or analyze any information about your tour activity.

Tours are unlocked through in-app purchases:

• Individual tours: $12.99 each
• Bundle (both tours): $17.99

All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Apple handles all transaction processing and maintains your purchase history.

CHS Tours uses your device's location services to:

• Show your current position on the tour map
• Help you navigate to tour stops
• Provide an optimal touring experience

Your location data never leaves your device. Location is processed locally and is not transmitted to our servers or stored anywhere.

Since we don't collect or store any personal data, there is no user data to secure. The only data transmitted is:

• Tour content delivered from our servers to your device
• Audio streams for narration playback

Your privacy is protected by design - we built the app to require no personal information whatsoever.

We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services. The only external service is Apple's App Store for purchase processing, which is managed entirely by Apple under their privacy policy.

Since we don't collect any data, this privacy policy is unlikely to change. If we make any updates, we will notify users through the App Store update notes.
